Vivianna or Adrianna are both lovely names that "SCREAM" beauty.

Vivianna Leigh or Adrianna Leigh are gorgeous. Pronouce Leigh as one syllable and to rhyme with sleigh and you're perfect.

Catalina or Simone is also beautiful.

Reply:Well I know a Giovannia at the moment and she is a sweetheart but I love Exotic names. The ones I had picked out for ages was Isabella, Abigail and Gabriella.

Isabella means "My God is a vow" in Hebrew.

Here is a little bit of information on the name:

There have been various queens named Isabella. Isabella of Castile laid the foundations for the unification of Spain, with her husband Ferdinand of Aragon. They reconquered Granada, and patronised Christopher Columbus on his first voyage to America. She was known as the 'Catholic Queen' due to her strong faith, and expulsion of Jews and Muslims from Spain - this was later known as the Spanish Inquisition. Isabella of France was the wife of English king Edward II. Due to his ineffective leadership, she helped lead a successful invasion against him to put her son upon the throne. Princess Isabella of Denmark, who was born in 2007, is the daughter of the Danish Crown Prince Frederik. There are characters named Isabella in Shakespeare's 'Measure for Measure', Jane Austen's 'Northanger Abbey' and Emily Bront毛's 'Wuthering Heights'. Isabella Rossellini is an Italian actress.

Gabriella means: "God is my might" in Hebrew.

And Abigail means: "Father in rejoicing" in Hebrew

Here is a little bit of information on Abigail:

Abigail was an Old Testament character who saved her negligent husband from the wrath of King David. After her husband's death, she later married David. David's sister was also named Abigail. Famous bearers of this name include U.S. First Lady Abigail Adams, Canadian athlete Abigail Hoffman, and British artist Abigail Lane.

So now it is up to you to decide
Reply:Isabella Daliyah.. that would be my pick.
Reply:Giovanna was actually the first that came to mind, given the Italian heritage. I'd avoid the "Giavanna" misspelling, personally (ESPECIALLY since the name IS a nod to your actual heritage, so it would seem odd to spell it incorrectly). ;)

Some others that seem to fit the bill:
